Doula Drop In

£60

A one off private doula session!

1 meet up to discuss anything you wish pregnancy and birth related for up to 2 hours.
This can cover anything you wish including; learning about how your body births your baby, your natural hormones during labour, birth planning & preparation, birth environments, birth partners & guidance for them during your labour, your birth choices, making informed decisions, pain relief options, natural & medical induction options, the immediate post partum, previous birth traumas, plus much more. We tailor this to your circumstances and your wishes.
Choose to have this either in the comfort of your own home or our tranquil spa setting!

Virtually Held

£500

This package covers our basic doula services, without attendance at your birth:

3 meet ups at a location of your choosing (e.g. coffee shop, your home, a walk in the park, phone calls, video calls, etc.) that cover all of the above from the ‘Doula Drop In’ package.
Across the 3 sessions we will really aim to prepare you for your birth by addressing your fears, negative feelings or worrying emotions that arise from both yourself & your birth partner. We will teach you all about trusting your body, relaxing into your labour sensations and having a plan that both you and your birth partner feel fully comfortable with. I will be with you to help if needed when packing your birth bag, plus helping your birth partner by showing them some simple tips on how to help and how to relax you. I always stand by your birth partner and support them (as opposed to replacing them or overshadowing).

The Empowered Mama

£995

This package covers our doula services, with attendance at your birth and on call support during your expectant delivery window:

All of the above from our ‘Virtually Held’ package
10% off any of our holistic treatments
On call to support you as you get closer to your due date, answer queries, help to calm any last minute nerves, meet up for a last minute chat, plus being ready to attend your birth at any time. This on call period will start from 37 weeks pregnancy, up until baby’s arrival (whenever that may be!)
Support at your birth; this can look very different for each family, depending on your preferences, but can look like hands on support (e.g. massage, rebozo, counterpressure), advocating for your wishes, generally assisting / setting up your perfect birth environment, pointing any birth partners in the right direction if needed, helping to feed yourself and your birth team, supporting the immediate postpartum (making sure everyone is fed and cleaned, assisting with feeding baby, etc.), or can be a hands off approach - simply being there to support you and hold the space. We work together during your pregnancy to design this perfectly for your wishes!
1 postnatal visit to discuss your birth experience and assist with anything you may need (e.g. a listening ear, how to care for certain baby needs, a shoulder / foot rub, looking after baby while you sleep, a homecooked meal and house tidy)

Complete Care

1 extra antenatal session if needed
Once a week reflexology treatment at my holistic sanctuary, starting from 38 weeks pregnancy up until baby’s arrival
Free access to my pregnancy relaxation & birth preparation class
1 extra postpartum visit for up to 2 hours
One postpartum massage at my sanctuary once 8 weeks post birth
10% off our baby massage course (can be booked at a later date)
10% off any extra postnatal doula visits (can be booked at a later date)

Simply put, you are getting a full Doula package plus a whole lot of nurturing to help you arrive gently in your postnatal baby bubble, entering into your motherhood journey in a serene and calm way!

Pregnancy Relaxation Classes

We hold occasional pregnancy relaxation & birth education courses at my holistic sanctyary. Each class includes:

Guided meditation, breathing & birth visualisation exercises
Learn how your body will birth your baby, natural labour hormones, making informed decisions, what to expect during labour & much more!
Sharing circle with an option of sharing your feelings on labour
Occasional birth partner sessions where they can join and be given space to share their thoughts and be given tips on how to help you. We will show your birth partner how to help you by using a hand / foot/ scalp massage / rebozo
